Use this page when you cannot log in, cannot find your progress or certificate, or need help understanding the Academy route.

I cannot log in

Check that you are using the registered email and latest Academy access code. If your code expired or was reset, request a new code.

I do not see my results

Results appear after the knowledge check is submitted while logged in. Log out, log back in, then open My Progress.

My certificate is missing

Certificates are issued after admin review. Certificate readiness is training-completion related and does not certify programmes or project evidence.

Verify certificate
Response route. For urgent access support, contact Terra Vita with your name, registered email, cohort reference and a screenshot of the issue. Do not send passwords in group messages.
