Governed capability-building programme

Evidence Reconstructability for Institutional Decision Environments

A controlled Terra Vita Academy programme for teams that need evidence chains, reviewer routes and institutional reflexes to survive audit, scrutiny, turnover and time—with bounded multilingual TV-AI learning support and accountable human certificate review.

Training and decision practice, not institutional assurance. Terra Vita tools and AI can assist; authorised people remain accountable for every reliance, assessment and certificate decision.

Public posture

Public site for registration. Academy access after confirmation.

The public site explains the full Academy pathway, pricing and registration route. Detailed training pages, video lessons, workbook tasks, simulation rooms, knowledge-check answers, feedback reports and certificate workflow remain access-controlled.

Academy access is issued after registration, cohort confirmation, institutional approval or direct Terra Vita confirmation.

Correct participant route

  1. Review the public programme page.
  2. Register interest or book a 20-minute demo.
  3. Receive Academy access after confirmation.
  4. Accept the data-use and training-boundary notice.
  5. Complete the foundation and applied training pathway.
  6. Run the linked simulations and review progress.
  7. Submit the knowledge check, feedback report and certificate request.
Institutional Academy product

Built for teams that must defend evidence under review.

Terra Vita Academy combines governed training, simulations, progress tracking, feedback reports and certificate workflow into one controlled participant environment.

What participants receive

Guided modules, simulation practice, progress dashboard, knowledge check, feedback report and certificate request route.

What institutions receive

Cohort manager, progress ledger, practice-needed visibility, certificate registry and public-safe verification route.

What remains bounded

Academy completion supports learning. It does not approve programmes, validate project evidence or create institutional reliance.

What happens after registration

From interest to controlled Academy access.

1. Register or request a pilot

Submit interest for an individual route, cohort route or institutional pilot.

2. Confirmation

Terra Vita confirms participant eligibility, institution context and cohort reference.

3. Access issued

Each participant receives an individual login route and Academy access code.

4. Guided route

Participants accept the data-use notice, follow the training pathway and complete simulations.

Institutional Academy pathway

Curriculum overview

The Academy is organised as a guided pathway rather than a long list of lessons. Participants move from foundation language, into applied simulations, then into advanced readiness, reviewer expansion, capstone review and certificate workflow.

12Training modules / tracks
12Linked simulations
1Knowledge check
1Certificate workflow
1. FoundationCore evidence governance language and failure-mode recognition.
2. Applied practiceTargeted institutional reflexes: continuity, authority, escalation and evidence capture.
3. Advanced readinessFunding readiness, MRV, assurance and export-readiness boundaries.
4. Reviewer expansionFunding Spine reviewer-role logic for investors, insurers, public actors and internal reviewers.
5. Capstone & certificateCase review, feedback report and Terra Vita completion review.
Foundation pathway

Understand the evidence problem

  • Module 1 — Governance Failure Modes
  • Module 2 — Evidence Reconstructability
  • Module 3 — Designing Reconstructable Systems

Participants learn why evidence collapses and what must be reconstructable before reliance.

Applied practice pathway

Practise the institutional reflexes

  • Module 1B — Evidence Continuity
  • Module 2B — Authority Boundaries
  • Module 2C — Reviewer Escalation
  • Module 3B — FieldTrace-to-Hub Evidence Capture

Each applied module links directly to a simulation so participants practise decisions, not only concepts.

Advanced readiness pathway

Connect training to institutional environments

  • Module 4 — Funding Readiness
  • Module 5 — Certificate Readiness
  • Module 7 — MRV, Assurance & Export Readiness
  • Role-based micro-tracks
  • Funding Spine Reviewer Track

This prepares teams to interpret evidence responsibly without overstating assurance, certification, underwriting, coverage or reliance.

Capstone

Module 6 — Institutional Case Review Capstone

The capstone combines continuity, attribution, authority boundaries, reviewer escalation, FieldTrace capture, funding readiness and MRV/export language into one reviewer-position exercise.

Reviewer expansion

Funding Spine Reviewer Track

This focused expansion trains investor, insurer, public-actor and internal-reviewer use of Funding Spine reviewer packs, validation flags, Stage 0–3 readiness logic, reviewer notes and export registers.

Simulation pathway

The detailed simulation rooms are access-controlled, but the pathway is visible so institutions understand how learning is converted into practice.

S1–S3

Foundation simulations

Failure-mode diagnostic, ERS decision room / audit reveal, and reconstructability blueprint design.

S4–S7

Applied reflex simulations

Evidence continuity, authority boundary, reviewer escalation and FieldTrace evidence capture.

S8–S12

Readiness and capstone simulations

Funding readiness, certificate readiness, institutional case review, MRV / assurance export readiness and Funding Spine reviewer-role practice.

Online Academy delivery is available after confirmation.

The full video training, module simulators, online workbook, knowledge check and certificate request are delivered inside the private Academy. Participants complete the workbook online — not as a working PDF.

TV-AI Academy Guide avatarAI-generated learning support
Multilingual TV-AI Academy Guide

Help when a candidate gets stuck—without doing the work for them.

Inside the authenticated Academy, candidates can ask TV-AI to explain a concept, locate the right module, translate an explanation, or provide a Socratic hint.

Assessment boundary. TV-AI does not provide assessment answers, complete workbook or capstone submissions, alter progress, issue certificates, or replace the authorised Academy reviewer. Candidate questions are not written into progress or certificate records.
Institutional operating controls

Designed for governed cohort delivery.

The Academy separates learning support, participant records, assessment feedback, certificate review and public verification. Controls are explicit, versioned and bounded; they do not claim independent assurance or replace an institution’s own due diligence.

01

Server-enforced access

Signed, time-limited sessions protect private learning routes, downloads, video and administrative rooms. Participant and administrator roles are enforced separately.

Implemented
02

Accountable certificate review

Automated feedback supports learning, while authorised Academy administrators remain responsible for completion review, issue, correction, reissue and revocation.

Human decision
03

Bounded AI assistance

TV-AI is multilingual, clearly labelled, assessment-aware and unable to write to Academy progress, results or certificate records.

Advisory only
04

Data-use transparency

A versioned notice covers participant profiles, activity, simulations, results, feedback, AI use and certificate records, with controlled public verification.

Versioned notice
05

Evidence and audit trail

Database-backed progress, assessment, review and certificate events support reconstructable administration without turning training outputs into project evidence.

Traceable
06

Accessible delivery

Keyboard access, visible focus, responsive layouts, reduced-motion support, semantic labels and a documented feedback route support inclusive participation.
