Participant Data Use & Training Boundary Notice

This notice explains how Terra Vita Academy uses participant login, progress, simulation, assessment, feedback and certificate records.

Authority boundary. Terra Vita Academy records support training administration, feedback and certificate workflow only. They do not approve programmes, validate project evidence, provide assurance, rate participants for institutional reliance, provide investment advice or replace institutional judgement.

What is recorded

When a participant uses the Academy, Terra Vita may record the participant profile, cohort reference, login events, module activity, simulation attempts, selected answers, scores, practice signals, knowledge-check submissions, feedback reports, admin coaching notes, certificate review status and certificate verification records.

Why it is recorded

The information is used to operate the Academy, provide learning feedback, identify practice areas, support certificate-readiness review, manage cohorts and maintain a controlled certificate registry.

What participants can see

Participants can see their own progress, results, practice-needed feedback, feedback report, certificate request and issued certificate information after login.

What Academy administrators can see

Authorised Terra Vita Academy administrators can see participant access status, cohort progress, simulation attempts, knowledge-check results, feedback reports, coaching notes, certificate status and registry records for training administration purposes.

Public-safe verification

Certificate verification routes expose only controlled certificate information such as certificate number, participant name, certificate status, programme name, issue date and verification code. They do not expose participant answers, private feedback, admin notes or login history.

Credential protection

Participants must keep Academy access codes confidential. Access may be reset, suspended, revoked or extended by authorised Terra Vita Academy administrators.

Participant acknowledgement

Before entering the private Academy room, participants may be required to accept the current data-use and training-boundary notice. The acknowledgement record stores the participant, notice version and acceptance timestamp so Terra Vita can evidence that participants understood how progress, simulations, results, feedback and certificate records are used.
