TV-AI use policy v1.0 · Effective 18 August 2026
Multilingual learning support

TV-AI helps candidates learn. It does not do the learning—or the deciding—for them.

The TV-AI Academy Guide is a clearly labelled, authenticated assistant for explanation, navigation, translation and Socratic hints.

Participants may select a language or allow TV-AI to respond in the language used in the question. Technical Terra Vita terms may remain in English with a concise translated explanation.

Permitted assistance

  • Explain an Academy concept in simpler language.
  • Translate or restate an explanation.
  • Identify the relevant module, simulation or policy page.
  • Break a difficult concept into steps.
  • Give up to three Socratic hints when a participant is stuck.
  • Offer a neutral structure or reflection questions for the participant’s own work.

Prohibited assistance

  • Provide or select an assessment, quiz or simulation answer.
  • Write a workbook, capstone or certificate submission for the participant.
  • Change progress, result, feedback or certificate records.
  • Approve completion, validate evidence, provide assurance or make an investment decision.
  • Replace an authorised instructor, reviewer, institution or public authority.
  • Request credentials, personal data, confidential programme information or protected evidence.

Human accountability and assessment integrity

Participant responsibility. The participant remains responsible for understanding and submitting their own work. TV-AI assistance must not be represented as the participant’s independent analysis where the Academy task requires it.

TV-AI responses are AI-generated and may be incomplete or incorrect. Academy source material, the current policy pages and authorised human instructions prevail. Automated feedback is formative. Only an authorised Terra Vita Academy administrator may make a certificate decision.

Data handling

TV-AI receives the candidate’s question, the selected response language, a short recent conversation window, and limited page context such as the current route and page title. The Academy function does not write TV-AI messages into progress, assessment or certificate records.

Participants must not enter access credentials, special-category data, third-party personal data, confidential programme information, protected evidence or material subject to a separate NDA. AI-provider processing is governed by the provider configuration and the applicable Terra Vita or institutional agreement.

Reporting a concern

Use the Academy support route if TV-AI supplies an inappropriate answer, appears to disclose protected information, gives a direct assessment answer, or behaves inconsistently with this policy. Terra Vita may disable TV-AI while a material concern is reviewed.
