Accessibility statement v1.0 · 18 August 2026
Inclusive participation

Access should not depend on a particular device, input method or first language.

Terra Vita Academy targets WCAG 2.2 Level AA and supports institution-specific accommodation planning before a cohort opens.

Conformance status. The Academy is designed toward WCAG 2.2 Level AA. It has not been independently certified for accessibility, and this statement does not claim formal conformance beyond verified product checks.

Measures in this release

  • Keyboard-operable navigation, forms, dialogs and TV-AI controls.
  • Visible focus indicators and a skip-to-content link.
  • Semantic headings, labels, status messages and alternative text.
  • Responsive layouts for desktop, tablet and mobile use.
  • Reduced-motion support for participants who request it through device settings.
  • Text-based alternatives around video and simulation routes.
  • Multilingual TV-AI explanations in ten supported languages.
  • Clear separation of colour, text and status labels so colour is not the only signal.

Known limitations

Some downloadable Office or PDF files may not provide the same accessibility as the browser-based Academy route. Complex certificate artwork and legacy training documents may require an accessible alternative. Automated translation may not preserve every technical nuance.

Requesting an accommodation

Before or during a cohort, a participant may request an alternative format, additional time, a live explanation, a language adjustment, or another reasonable delivery adaptation. Requests are assessed with the participant and, where relevant, the contracting institution.

Report an accessibility issue

Use the Academy support route and include the page, device/browser, the barrier encountered and the preferred contact method. Do not include credentials or protected evidence.
