These terms govern individual use of Terra Vita Academy. A signed institutional order, statement of work or data-processing agreement prevails where it expressly addresses the same subject.
Access is issued only to a confirmed participant or authorised Academy administrator. Credentials and session access are personal and must not be shared, transferred, sold or used to provide access to another person.
The Academy supports capability-building, simulation practice, formative feedback, progress administration and certificate-of-completion workflow. It does not approve programmes, validate project evidence, provide assurance, accredit a profession, rate a participant for institutional reliance, give investment advice or replace authorised judgement.
TV-AI is optional, AI-generated learning support governed by the TV-AI use policy. It may explain, translate and provide hints; it may not answer assessments, complete required submissions, alter records or make certificate decisions.
For institution-sponsored access, Terra Vita may provide the agreed institution with bounded cohort information consistent with the order form and privacy notice. Named reporting, aggregate reporting, certificate visibility and retention must be agreed before launch.
Certificates confirm the completion scope stated on the certificate and remain subject to the current certificate policy. Terra Vita may correct, reissue or revoke a certificate where the record is inaccurate, issued in error, affected by misuse or no longer verifiable.
Academy materials may be used only for the participant’s authorised learning route. They may not be published, redistributed, resold, used to train another system, or incorporated into another product without written permission. BOIP i-DEPOT recording is evidence of a creation date and does not replace the applicable intellectual-property law.
Terra Vita may maintain, update, suspend or withdraw an Academy feature to protect security, records, rights or service integrity. Access may be reset, limited or revoked for misuse. Planned institutional delivery commitments are governed by the applicable order or statement of work.
Participants and institutions remain responsible for decisions made using Academy learning. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Academy is provided for training and is not a substitute for legal, technical, assurance, investment or regulatory advice. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Any institution-specific signed agreement prevails over these website terms to the extent of an express conflict. For questions or notices, use Academy support.
