Terra Vita Academy terms of use

1. Access and eligibility

Terra Vita Academy access is issued to confirmed participants, institutional cohorts or directly approved users. Access credentials are personal to the registered participant and must not be shared.

2. Training-only purpose

The Academy supports evidence reconstructability training, simulation practice, participant feedback, progress tracking and certificate workflow. It does not certify programmes, approve evidence, provide assurance, validate deployments, rate participants for institutional reliance, provide investment advice or replace institutional judgement.

3. Participant responsibilities

• Use the Academy only through the issued email and access code.
• Keep credentials confidential.
• Complete simulations and knowledge checks honestly.
• Respect Terra Vita intellectual property and protected materials.
• Do not publish, resell, copy or redistribute protected Academy content.

4. Institutional cohort access

Where access is issued through an institution, Terra Vita may provide the institution with bounded cohort progress, certificate readiness and training closeout information consistent with the Academy data-use notice.

5. Intellectual property

Terra Vita Academy materials, frameworks, certificate designs, simulations, guides and creative assets remain Terra Vita intellectual property and are protected under the BOIP i-DEPOT route referenced in the site footer.

6. Support and suspension

Terra Vita may reset, suspend, revoke or extend access where required for security, cohort administration or misuse prevention.
