Academy privacy and participant data-use

Controller and contact

Terra Vita Global B.V., Noordzijdsedijk 27, 3194 TA Hoogvliet Rotterdam, the Netherlands, operates the Terra Vita Academy training environment.

What data is stored

• Participant profile: name, email, organisation, role and cohort reference.
• Login and access events: access status, password issuance timestamps, login count and session events.
• Training progress: modules opened or completed and progress ledger events.
• Simulation attempts: selected answers, score, practice signals and recommended repeat routes.
• Knowledge-check answers, result status and feedback report data.
• Certificate records and public-safe verification information.
• Data-use acknowledgement version and acceptance timestamp.

Why the data is used

Data is used to operate the Academy, provide participant feedback, support training administration, manage cohorts, review certificate readiness, issue certificates and verify certificates through a public-safe route.

Who can see what

Participants can see their own progress, results, feedback and certificates. Terra Vita admins can view participant and cohort progress for training administration. Institutional clients may receive bounded cohort progress and closeout information where applicable.

Public certificate verification

Certificate verification exposes only controlled certificate information such as participant name, certificate number, programme name, issue date and certificate status. It does not expose answers, feedback reports, login events or private coaching notes.

Retention and requests

Retention periods should be finalised with counsel for each external cohort. Participants may contact Terra Vita to request access, correction or deletion review where legally and operationally applicable.
