External pilot cohort

Pilot the Terra Vita Academy with an institutional cohort

A controlled pilot route for institutions that want teams to practise evidence reconstructability, authority boundaries, reviewer escalation and certificate-readiness before wider rollout.

What the pilot includes

A complete Academy route without exposing protected content publicly.

The pilot gives a controlled cohort access to the private Academy room: guided training, simulations, progress tracking, knowledge check, feedback report, certificate request and admin review.

Terra Vita supports cohort setup, participant access, progress review and closeout reporting while keeping the Academy authority-bounded.

Recommended pilot shape

  1. 10–25 participants.
  2. Two to four week completion window.
  3. Self-paced training and simulations.
  4. One optional live debrief.
  5. Admin feedback and certificate review.
  6. Closeout report for the institution.

Who this is for

Programme teams

Teams preparing climate, agriculture, resilience or nature-based programmes where evidence must survive review.

Institutional reviewers

People responsible for interpreting claims, evidence gaps, provenance, attribution and reviewer escalation routes.

Implementation partners

Partners who need stronger field-to-review evidence habits before funder, donor or DFI engagement.

What the institution receives

Cohort setup

Participant access, cohort code, data-use acknowledgement and invitation wording.

Progress visibility

Admin dashboard, progress ledger, simulation attempts, knowledge-check outcomes and practice-needed signals.

Closeout structure

Participant status, practice patterns, certificate-ready participants, certificates issued and recommended next step.

Authority boundary. Pilot participation supports training and capability-building only. It does not approve programmes, validate evidence, provide assurance, rate participants for institutional reliance, finance projects or replace institutional judgement.

3

Training and simulations

Participants complete the guided Academy route and practise institutional reflexes through simulations.

4

Feedback and certificate review

Participants receive a feedback report and may request certificate review where readiness is sufficient.
